Frank Guardado is a Marine Corps Veteran, mortgage broker and real estate broker. He entered boot camp in 1997 straight out of high school at the age of 17, Frank served 4 years in an infantry unit in Camp Pendleton California and purchased his first home in 2003 utilizing an FHA loan. This was due to the fact that the agent representing Frank at the time did not have any knowledge on VA loans and had heard horror stories. Frank says, “the VA loan is not something that was mentioned at all during our separation period. Nobody speaks to us when we are separating from the military about all the benefits we are entitled to.” Franks first job out of the military in 2002 was as an account executive for World Savings and Loan. This is where Frank focused on working with mainly his military brothers and sisters, and learned the ins and outs of VA loans. Frank has been focused on VA loans since.

Michelle Castillo, Esq. is also a mortgage broker, real estate broker and an attorney in the state of California. Michelle has been in the mortgage industry since 1997 and passed the California State Bar in 2016. On top of being a full time estate planning attorney, she also meets with mortgage customers to explain to them what a benefit it is to utilize the VA loan and guides them the entire way.
